Conparie Shipping Policy

Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During high-volume periods such as launches, restocks or promotional events, processing times may extend by an additional 1–3 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Australia

  • Standard Shipping: 2–6 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

New Zealand

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
  • Express Shipping: 3–7 business days

International

Delivery times vary by destination. Most international orders arrive within 7–14 business days. Delays may occur due to customs processing or carrier disruptions.

Please note: Delivery time estimates apply after your order has been processed and dispatched.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Conparie is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Delays caused by address errors
  • Lost parcels due to incorrect information provided at checkout

If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at info@conparie.com.au. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees determined by the destination country.

These fees are:

  • Not included in your order total
  • Not covered by Conparie
  • The responsibility of the customer

Customs processing may also delay delivery times.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, Conparie is not liable for:

  • Delays in transit
  • Packages marked as delivered but not received
  • Lost or stolen parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@conparie.com.au with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the packaging and damaged item

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Pre-Orders or Made-to-Order Items

If your order contains pre-order items, the estimated shipping timeframe will be displayed on the product page. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship together unless stated otherwise.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes for international orders
  • Countries where shipping restrictions, sanctions, or carrier limitations apply
