The promoter of this giveaway is Conparie Pty Ltd (“Conparie” or “the Promoter”).

The promotion is conducted in collaboration with SOMA Collection, Sydney CBD.

The promotion opens on 2 September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 16 September 2026.

Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted.

The winner will be announced on 18 September 2026.

Entry is open to New South Wales residents aged 18 years or over.

Entrants must be eligible and reasonably able to use the SOMA membership at its Sydney CBD location for the duration of the prize.

Employees, directors and management of Conparie Pty Ltd, SOMA Collection and any parties directly involved in conducting or determining the winner of the promotion are not eligible to enter.

To receive one (1) standard entry, entrants must complete all entry requirements stated on the official CONPARIE × SOMA giveaway post during the Promotion Period.

All required entry actions must remain completed at the time the winning entry is verified.

Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.

Eligible entrants may also earn up to two (2) additional bonus entries during the Promotion Period in accordance with Section 5 below.

A maximum of three (3) entries per person may be received in total: one (1) standard entry and up to two (2) bonus entries.

Eligible entrants may receive up to two (2) bonus entries during the Promotion Period.

Bonus Entry 1 – Giveaway Post Story Share

Entrants may receive one (1) additional bonus entry by:

Sharing the designated CONPARIE × SOMA giveaway post to their Instagram Story during the Promotion Period; and

Tagging @conparie and the official SOMA Instagram account in the Story.

A maximum of one (1) bonus entry per person will be awarded through this method.

Sharing the giveaway post multiple times will not result in additional entries.

Bonus Entry 2 – Recipe Post Story Share

During the Promotion Period, Conparie will publish a designated CONPARIE × SOMA recipe post.

Entrants may receive one (1) additional bonus entry by:

Sharing the designated CONPARIE × SOMA recipe post to their Instagram Story during the Promotion Period; and

Tagging @conparie and the official SOMA Instagram account in the Story.

A maximum of one (1) bonus entry per person will be awarded through this method.

Sharing the recipe post multiple times will not result in additional entries.

Entrants may complete either or both bonus-entry opportunities.

An entrant who successfully completes both bonus-entry opportunities may therefore receive two (2) bonus entries in addition to their standard entry, for a maximum of three (3) entries in total.

Entrants with private Instagram accounts may be required to provide reasonable evidence, such as a screenshot, demonstrating that the relevant Story was shared during the Promotion Period and that the required accounts were tagged.

There is one (1) prize with a maximum total retail value of $5,272 AUD, consisting of:

* One (1) 12-month gym membership at SOMA Collection, Sydney CBD, valued at $4,576 AUD;
* One (1) CONPARIE tracksuit; and
* One (1) CONPARIE gym set of the winner’s choice.

The CONPARIE apparel component has a maximum retail value of $696 AUD. The actual retail value will vary depending on the items selected by the winner.

The winner’s selection of CONPARIE apparel is subject to available styles, colours, sizes and stock at the time of prize fulfilment.

The SOMA membership is for SOMA Collection, Sydney CBD, located at:

The 12-month membership will commence on a date agreed between the winner and SOMA.

The membership is subject to SOMA’s standard membership conditions, facility rules, opening hours and any applicable eligibility requirements.

The prize does not include personal training packages or any other separately charged SOMA services, products or add-ons unless expressly confirmed as included by SOMA.

The prize, including the SOMA membership and CONPARIE apparel, is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

Any costs or expenses not expressly included in the prize are the responsibility of the winner.

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.

Each valid standard entry will receive one (1) entry into the draw.

Each successfully completed and verified bonus-entry opportunity will receive one (1) additional entry into the draw.

Each entrant may hold a maximum of three (3) entries in the draw.

The draw will take place on 17 September 2026 and will be conducted electronically by the Promoter in New South Wales using a random selection method.

The first valid and eligible entry selected will be deemed the winner, subject to verification.

The winner will be announced on 18 September 2026 through Conparie’s official Instagram account, @conparie.

The winner may also be contacted directly by Conparie through Instagram.

The winner must satisfy all eligibility and entry requirements before the prize is awarded.

The selected winner must respond to Conparie within seventy-two (72) hours of the Promoter’s first attempt to contact them.

The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the selected winner during this period.

If the selected winner does not respond within seventy-two (72) hours, declines the prize, is found to be ineligible or is found to have submitted an invalid entry, the prize may be forfeited and the Promoter may conduct a further random draw to select another eligible winner, subject to applicable laws and regulations.

Conparie will never request payment, banking passwords or credit card details from the winner in order to claim the prize.

Conparie reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and the eligibility of entrants.

Entrants may be required to provide reasonable evidence demonstrating that they completed the required entry actions.

Entries reasonably believed to be fraudulent, automated, duplicated, manipulated or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms & Conditions may be disqualified.

The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who attempts to interfere with the fair operation of the promotion.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta.

By entering, participants acknowledge that Instagram and Meta have no responsibility or liability in connection with the promotion.

Entrants release Instagram and Meta from any liability arising in connection with this promotion to the extent permitted by law.

Any personal information collected in connection with the promotion will be used for the purposes of:

Administering the giveaway;
Verifying entries;
Conducting the draw;
Contacting and verifying the winner; and
Facilitating delivery of the prize.

Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws.

By entering the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, postpone or cancel the promotion where reasonably necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control, subject to applicable laws and regulations.

If for any reason the promotion is unable to proceed as planned due to circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may take any action reasonably necessary to protect the integrity and fairness of the promotion, subject to applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete or unable to be submitted due to technical difficulties, platform outages or other circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian law.

The Promoter’s decisions regarding the administration of the promotion and eligibility of entries are final, subject to applicable law.
